Test and Test Capability
The company strictly controls the quality of each link. In casting and processing, it introduces spectrometers, hardness meters and power balancing machines to ensure the quality of parts. The experiment center was upgraded in 010, designed by Shandong Agricultural Machinery Research Institute according to the standards of the national first-class laboratory center, and advanced measuring instruments were purchased from Hangzhou Wieger Technology Co., Ltd. With a pool of 7000 cubic meters, the maximum diameter can be tested is 1 meter, and the maximum flow rate can reach 30,000 cubic meters per hour. The highest head measurement range can reach 10 MPa. In terms of power measurement, high-pressure 10000V can test motors below 3000kw, low-voltage 380V motors, high-flow circulating pumps and corrosion-resistant pumps with motors below 500kw.
