Product Description


In order to meet the development needs of mining, metallurgy, mining, electric power and other industries, based on the characteristics of ash removal, slag removal and slurry transportation industrial and mining, based on the introduction of domestic and foreign advanced technology and scientific research results, our factory and domestic famous universities Co-developed a new generation of HZJ series slurry pumps with large flow, high head and multi-stage tandem connection.
 
The main technical characteristics of this series of products are as follows:
 
Using two-phase flow theory and modern CAD design method, it has excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency and low wear rate.
 
There are two types of sealing:
 
(1) Adopt the impeller to provide the blade. The combination of the impeller and the packing seal form in the process of operation through the rotation of the impeller and the auxiliary blade to play a blocking effect. Generally, a certain pressure of shaft sealing water needs to be injected during work:
(2) Mechanical seal, no cooling water is needed (additional cooling water is needed for slurry temperature higher than 9CTC). The sealing end material is cemented carbide, which effectively solves the problem of parking leakage. The mechanical seal is interchangeable with the packing seal structure. Overflow parts are made of high chromium alloy wear-resistant cast iron with good wear resistance. New wear-resistant low alloy steel, etc., are selected reasonably according to the user's medium, which greatly extends the service life of overcurrent parts.
