ZX series self-priming chemical centrifugal pumps are horizontal single-stage single-suction self-priming centrifugal pumps, which are mainly used for liquid tank drainage, tank truck unloading, water drainage, ship water supply and drainage, etc. Transport clean or medium containing less than 2% solid particles at various temperatures.
Structural features:
Pump body: This series of pumps are cantilever, radial split volute pumps. The pump body is supported by feet, axial suction and radial discharge.
Impeller: The impeller is a closed impeller. The axial force is mainly balanced by the back blade, and the residual axial force is borne by the bearing.
Shaft seals: Shaft seals can be filled with seals, single end faces, double end faces, tandem mechanical seals, etc. according to different operating conditions.
Bearing: The lubrication method of the bearing is thin oil lubrication, and the oil level is controlled by a constant-position oil cup to ensure that the bearing is self-priming and adopts an external mixing structure under good lubrication conditions, which has high efficiency and good self-priming performance.
Maintenance: The rear pull-out design can maintain the pump inlet and outlet pipelines, which can be repaired and easy to use.
